Novatrix Shopfits is a shop fitting and commercial interior company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, providing services including office interiors, commercial interiors, retail fixtures and fit-outs, signage, kiosk fabrication, and factory setup, with an in-house fabrication facility in Noida.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for the purpose of showcasing our services, portfolio, and capabilities, and for enabling prospective clients to make inquiries. a) Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a binding contract between you and Novatrix. A binding agreement will only come into effect upon mutual acceptance of a formal quotation, proposal, work order, or signed agreement.

b) Quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) provided by Novatrix are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to revision based on site conditions, design changes, material availability, and scope changes.

c) Project timelines communicated during discussions or in proposals are indicative and subject to factors including site readiness, approvals, material lead times, force majeure events, and changes requested by the Client.

d) Specific terms relating to payment schedules, project scope, warranties, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be governed by the separate written agreement, work order, or proposal signed between Novatrix and the Client, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, project photographs, case studies, design concepts, and the overall look and feel, is the property of Novatrix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on this Site grants you any right or license to use our trademarks, logos, designs, or content without our prior written consent.

Design concepts, drawings, and fabrication designs developed by Novatrix as part of a project remain the intellectual property of Novatrix unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of a formal project agreement.

5. Client Content

If you provide us with project briefs, drawings, floor plans, branding materials, or other content for the purpose of preparing a proposal or executing a project, you represent that you have the necessary rights to share such content with us, and you grant us the right to use it solely for the purpose of evaluating, designing, and executing your project.

6. Third-Party Links and References

The Site may reference or display the names and logos of client brands we have worked with, for portfolio and credibility purposes. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites and platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
